A:Gusto supplies 5 star hotels around China and High End Restos in Shanghai with their Veggie & Herbs, certain unique Fruit and some Specialty Dry Goods. Gusto has been around since 2005.
On this Home Delivery Project, we are really glad to work with Siobhan Gough (ask around she has consulted with every Resto in the city) for Cakes, Bakery Items, Dips & Sauces. |

| A:This really depends on the product in question. 35% of our products are sourced from farmers around the country. For these products we will not claim Organic. Of the remaining 65%, a solid half we grow organically at 7 farms around the country. We have our certification and are happy to provide upon request. |

| A:If you are ordering less than 99rmb – we simply can’t deliver, not even with a delivery fee. Between 99 – 149 there will be a delivery fee of 15rmb. Above 149rmb, delivery is free. We deliver almost anywhere and will notify you immediately if we cannot. Delivery is always made the next day. If you live Central/West, we might even be able to squeeze in same day. But you need to make sure you ask for it when you place your order. WE DO NOT DELIVER SUNDAYS AND NATIONAL HOLIDAYS (our staff need time off as well) |

| A:Well over the years we have been asked to develop recipes for those chefs that simply don't have the space to create all that they wish. The Dips are fantastic, the Cream Cheese is Home Made (yes home made) and the Pastas are large and full of "Goodness". Yum yum yum. |

| A:Sure they always look better in a nice deep bowl and to be honest our delivery containers are not as nice BUT we are crazy about veggies and these salads have ALOT. There are nuts and seeds inside so be forewarned. And the salad dressings are better than anything you have had in the city !! |

| A:We sell all over Shanghai ... DAILY. When it comes to Veggies in this city… we are as good as it gets, as fresh as it gets Maybe you need to ask around a bit. The chefs know us well. |

| A:Well for you budding chefs out there that really want to put some Oommph into your culinary masterpieces.... throw some on just before serving and see if your guests dont claim that your food is as beautiful as anything they have ever seen. |

| A:Payment is due when we deliver to you. We suggest that you arrange the $$ with your A-Yi. If no one is home then we will return the product to our offices and you will still be responsible for 50% of the order. Don’t make us chase you with Zucchinis in our hand. We are professionals and expect to be treated as professionals. |

| A:Sorry, barring some bizarre situation, we will not take back product? BUT There are exceptions …. There are always exceptions. |

We would love to find a good Pate maker or someone that has a background in goat cheese. Personally I am on the lookout for some Spanakopita and some savoury Baklava.
